At Eye See Your Beauty Home Decor & Gifts, each piece is thoughtfully curated to bring beauty, intention, and joy into your space. Please review our shipping and return policy carefully before placing your order.


Online Orders – Shipping Policy

  • All online orders are processed and shipped from our studio within 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
  • Eye See Your Beauty is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect address information provided at checkout.

Vendor Marketplace, Pop-Ups & Events

  • All vendor marketplace sales are in-person, on-site purchases only.
  • Items purchased at vendor markets, pop-ups, events, or appearances are not eligible for shipping.
  • Customers are responsible for taking their purchases with them at the time of sale.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

  • All sales are final.
  • We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for online or in-person purchases.
  • Please inspect all items carefully before completing your purchase, especially during in-person events.

Damaged or Incorrect Online Orders

If your online order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at eyeseeyourbeautyhomedecor@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will review your request and work with you to resolve the issue when applicable.
